Refund policy

Standard Returns

You can return a full priced items only within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Sale items are non-refundable.

The item must be in original unworn condition with labels still in place.

The buyer is responsible for all returns cost. Please keep proof of postage as we are not liable for any parcels that are lost.

Please not that we do not refund postage costs.

Please allow 5 working days for a refund.

Faulty Returns

Please report any faulty items within 14 days of your order.

Please send any images of the faulty items to somethingaboutroseboutique@gmail.com

We will then assess the problem and come back to you.
If we agree on the fault we will reimburse all costs and offer the customer a full refund or exchange.
